José Eduardo Guinle is a partner at DNA Capital, focused on venture capital investments, based in San Francisco.

Jose serves as a board member at Beep Saúde and was a board member at Viveo.

Before migrating to our Venture Capital team, Jose was a member of our Private Equity practice, where he invested in growth and later stage companies such as DASA, Viveo, Lavebras.

With 8 years of healthcare focused investment experience, Jose now focuses on investing in early to growth stage healthtech companies in the US and Brazil.

Jose began his career in EBX Holding’s corporate finance and legal team, where he was active in a variety of public and private investments in the natural resources, infrastructure and logistics sectors.

Jose holds a LL.B. from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and extension in finance from COPPEAD-UFRJ.
